Mark Lopez is President and founder of Eastern Harbour Group Inc., a Florida-based Certified General Contractor specializing in high-security perimeter fencing, infrastructure enhancements, and specialty construction.

With over 26 years of experience, Mark has managed thousands of complex projects for commercial, municipal, and federal clients, including the National Park Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Defense, and Florida Department of Transportation.

Previously General Manager of Island Fence—a third-generation family-owned leader in South Florida fencing—Mark excelled in large-scale installations, operations, and business development while upholding rigorous standards for safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

As a licensed Certified General Contractor, he provides expert leadership in federal compliance and challenging environments. Under Mark’s direction, Eastern Harbour Group has built a strong reputation for reliability and precision on mission-critical projects, with Mark remaining actively involved to ensure every contract reflects integrity and excellence.
