A graduate of Florida International University with a B.B.A. in Finance, Alex spent over a decade in the financial sector, managing complex private equity portfolios and operating a family office hedge fund for more than 10 years. These roles sharpened his proficiency in risk management, strategic planning, deal structuring, and operational efficiency.
Transitioning to construction, Alex has built over two decades of hands-on experience delivering complex infrastructure, recreational, and commercial projects. He oversees the full project lifecycle—from preconstruction planning, scheduling, and cost control to design oversight, procurement, inspections, and quality assurance—while expertly handling field changes, permit drawings, and change order negotiations.
His financial background gives him a distinct edge in cost forecasting, contract negotiation, and resource optimization, ensuring projects stay on budget and schedule without compromising safety or quality.
Beyond his professional contributions, Alex is actively involved at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Miami Beach and with the St. Vincent de Paul Society, supporting community outreach and charitable programs.

Adriel Sanchez serves as Project Manager, Partner, and Head of Emergency Management Services at Eastern Harbour Group Inc., leading the firm’s initiatives in resilient infrastructure, rapid-response construction, and time-critical emergency projects.
With over 20 years of progressive construction experience, Adriel has successfully managed complex commercial, municipal, and infrastructure projects, delivering on-time and on-budget results in high-pressure settings through expert planning, field supervision, permitting, quality control, and stakeholder coordination.
Previously, he served as Director of Emergency Management for the City of Hialeah, one of Florida’s largest municipalities, where he developed comprehensive preparedness, response, and recovery programs, coordinated multi-agency disaster operations, and led post-event reconstruction—sharpening his skills in crisis timelines, funding acquisition, and regulatory navigation.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach, Adriel combines deep construction knowledge with proven emergency response expertise to provide rapid-deployment security fencing, infrastructure repairs, and perimeter enhancements that meet immediate and long-term needs.
